We understand returns happen. But, don’t stress out. We are here to help.
Use the following check list for a successful Return Merchandise Authorization:
- Fill out the RMA Form Online
- Please make sure the form is signed and dated. When submitting the form you have agreed with the terms and conditions of this form. Incomplete forms would not be process. Please be specific in the reason for return. You can find this form under Helpful Documents in your account dashboard.
- Email the form to rma@modernw.com or print it out and Fax it to 714-991-1854.
- Our RMA department will contact you within 2 business days with an approval RMA number. This RMA number in valid for 14 business days only.
- Package the approved items safely. Outside the box write in a readable manner the RMA number provided. All phones must be sent complete (box, battery, battery door, charger, accessories, and handset).
